Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items beyond what is already on the online store), and personal care goods (such as Make-up Kits and products). If you custom order your hair extensions, and you realize that the item is not as per your custom description, you maybe eligible for a return and full refund. **All shipments that received FREE shipping are not eligible for FREE returns. You MUST contact us as soon as you realize that your item is different in color. A printed copy of your contact with us will be required in our file before your refund is processed. ALL CUSTOM ORDERS MUST be verified through VIDEO CONFERENCING or through sourcing with sample orders. For example, if you need a custom color (you can have to CHAT with us to review the exact color. Sometimes Video conferencing methods will be required to perfectly match natural hair color. We recommend you order a ** sample COLO-RING to color match first before placing an order for your desired hair extension. All color rings can also be shipped to your location (within Canada) for FREE to ensure a perfect match and mutual agreement is reached.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or refunds on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
